OBAMACARE: THE LIES JUST KEEP ON COMING!

I realize that politics is a seedy and nasty game based largely on the quest for power. Our founding fathers envisioned a nation where the leaders were just average folks taking a few years off from their "regular" jobs to govern the nation. I have NO DOUBT that they would be angry and disappointed about the career politicians we have serving in Washington today. Though the thrust of this article focuses on the democratic liars, I am under no illusion that republicans do not tell lies, after all, they ARE politicians too! Unfortunately for the future of America, the lies of the democrats are tearing at the very fabric of our culture and society. Many conservatives believe that the libs ARE well-intentioned, but their implementation of their vision is just plain wrong. After all I have seen and heard from this current crop of lib elites controlling the legislative and executive branches of our government, I am starting to conclude that many dems are ONLY concerned with expanding their power and retaining the good pay and benefits they receive from the public coffers. If they were truly interested in governing and leading, I think they would at least PRETEND to listen to the American citizens. NOT THIS BUNCH.....against the majority on AZ, immigration, and the mosque at ground zero, but STILL calling any dissenters all type of nasty words! I guess their rudeness to folks who disagree is just a symptom of their unchecked arrogance!

We CANNOT have a federal government that basically confiscates the money of those who WORK for it and produce SOMETHING in order to give it to those who freely CHOOSE NOT TO WORK! If those people desire a higher standard of living, and are physically ABLE to work, they need to get off their asses and contribute. I know we have high unemployment now, but McDonald's is still hiring....not a great job, but a JOB at least!! We have all heard the platitude that freedom isn't free; well, if you are an American citizen unwilling to work, the dems are oh so quick to invent some new victim status that will explain WHY you are incapable of working, and they (the dems) will just STEAL from those EVIL rich people (who probably WORKED some to GET rich) and give YOU whatever YOU want if you promise to vote dem and keep them in power. Honestly, it would be nice for a while to contribute NOTHING yet STILL reap the same benefits of those who DO WORK! In fact, some of these slackers live BETTER than some of the people who DO get up and work everyday. Sick isn't it? These are the promises the dems make ad nauseum to ANYONE wanting a free ride. Seems to me like an incentive to NOT work!!

In fact, with the unemployment rate as high as it has been for over a year, one would THINK the dems would be focused on creating jobs. NOT THIS CREW!! They wasted over a year focused on a HCR the majority of citizens did NOT desire. This is where we find the most enormous lie EVER told by a politician anytime, anywhere. If you so desire, you can even see and hear an audio/video clip of this WHOPPER. See, too bad for the power-hungry dems who grow NOTHING but the size and scope of the federal government, we really are NOT as damn stupid as they think and hope we are. During the HCR debate, BO went on tv MANY times to try and explain this stuff to us dummies; he INSISTED that adding 30 million more people to insurance rolls would NOT increase the cost. It really is a marvel that he was able to deliver that one without even a snicker, most "average" dumb Americans, even those supporting BO, were not STUPID enough to believe that pile of crap!

Well, in the last few weeks, we have been treated to more face time from the commander in chief AGAIN talking about Obamacare. Now, the POTUS freely acknowledges that costs WILL go up, and they KNEW IT ALL ALONG!!! Gosh, wonder why they were so insistent that costs would actually DECREASE? Why were they so nasty in the rhetoric they directed at anyone BOLD enough to question their rather questionable accounting method? Remember when they called the republicans and other dissenters flat-out LIARS and FEAR MONGERS? In retrospect, it certainly seems that the liars WERE and still are, on the democrat side of the aisle.

This past week, insurance companies have come under fire from the secretary of the HHS department, Kathleen Sebelius, when the companies were so foolhardy as to freely admit that ALL PREMIUMS ARE RISING due to the added cost imposed by the future implementation of Obamacare. These are PRIVATE businesses that are now operating under GOVERNMENT imposed rules, and they are still in the business of turning a profit for their shareholders. Don't worry though, secretary Sebelius has levied a THREAT at these companies that they just damn well better shut up, sit down, and pay up. Now, a threat from a citizen surely would not hold much weight, but when the threat originates from the GOVERNMENT they would be wise to listen. These companies have been told they will be totally EXCLUDED from the future insurance pools of Obamacare if they continue to .....TELL CITIZENS THE TRUTH!!! Is this our government abridging the freedom of speech of these companies? I know our constitution disallows that VERY thing, but most of us understand how contemptuously the dems view our constitution at this point. They trample it daily.

Is this REALLY what the democrats think is just and fair to Americans? Are we expected to just work, pay, work, pay, and continue to see our incomes DECREASE because the democratic government has decided that we have made enough money and we need to share our wealth? Funny how many members of the legislative branch are MILLIONAIRES, but they NEVER see themselves as the "evil rich" BO lambastes daily. Of course, most of them also are not subjected to the same laws they force upon the rest of us. If they are so serious about social justice, they should set the example and give their paychecks to charity. STEALING from those of us who do work in order to subsidize those who will NEVER work is the dem way of keeping themselves in power. As long as the dems keep championing illegals and other law-breakers, they hope to keep themselves in power by rewarding their supporters with entitlements that will eventually bankrupt this nation.

This entire HCR CRAP was smoke and mirrors, lies and bribes, payoffs and winks, but the really sad truth, is that it was all based on BALD-FACED LIES!!!
